A couple of people have contacted me to ask " Have you had any interest in MBN' the answer is yes - but no commitments

Apparently the banks are very tight fisted at the moment lending, had two keen purchaser but they could not secure finance.

So I have reduced the price and am sitting tight. The only reason for parting with MBN is - I am simply not flying enough.

We were at Emma Gorge and El Questro a few weeks ago in a Piper Saratoga from Alice Springs. Had a great time, crossing the Tanami from Tennant creek.
Also enjoyed Morning Wilderness Sanctuary at the head of the Fitzroy River, and we did the horizontal waterfalls in a 1961 Beaver Floatplane with art deco cockpit facia and a loaded climb rate of 50-80 FPM.
Im not so concerned about the single engine climb rate in the Duchess anymore! We also enjoyed meeting Paul for an hour or so at Alice on our return.
